What we do
Japan is overwhelming to plan. We simplify it. Backed by years of experience, deep local knowledge, and smart in-house technology, we make flexible, real-time travel in Japan a reality, even at the last minute. How We Do It
Our touring style combines the benefits of expert guidance with the freedom to experience Japan in your own way.
Every day, a different local guide leads your experience, each one a specialist in their field. Whether they're a chef, cultural anthropologist, or Eastern medicine practitioner, they each offer unique insights shaped by their background. Unlike other tours with a single guide throughout, our rotating approach provides a richer and more diverse understanding of Japan.
Throughout your journey, our dedicated host team remains by your side, managing logistics and adding thoughtful touches to personalize your experience. Many of our packages also allow time for independent exploration, whether that means discovering a quiet kissaten, visiting a museum, or wandering a new neighborhood, with our team always ready to provide tailored recommendations or help arrange additional experiences that match your interests.

From chefs to Eastern medicine practitioners, cultural anthropologists to contemporary creatives, our guides offer diverse perspectives shaped by their own unique backgrounds.
