Cancellation and refund terms below apply to tours and activities, unless a different policy is displayed on product page.

If you wish to cancel a booking, please do so sending an email to info@touristjapan.com.

Private 1 Day Tours Up to 7 days before the start time of the tripFull Order Price minus a 5% handling fee
Private Package Tours
or Private Tours for Groups,
