DMZ: The tour may be canceled at any time due to military, government, or weather regulations. In case of cancellation, the itinerary will be replaced with visits to sites such as Imjingak, Art Space BEAT 131, Odusan Unification Observatory, War Memorial of Korea, City Hall, or Myeongdong

Mount Fuji Tour: While we aim to visit all scheduled locations, some sites are subject to availability due to weather, heavy traffic during the peak season, or other factors. In such cases, we will visit alternative sites, or some visits may be cancelled on the spot. Due to heavy traffic during the Japanese holiday season, weekends, or peak season, the return time may be delayed

Tsukiji Fish Market: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate vegan or vegetarian dietary restrictions. While we will do our best to cater to other dietary needs (such as gluten-free and pescatarian), we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met

Please note: Flight tickets are non-refundable from the time of booking.
All remaining tours fall under our standard company cancellation policy, allowing cancellation up to four weeks before the package start date with a 95% refund, less a 5% handling fee.
