How to get to Shibuya District for your shopping spree

To start your shopping in Shibuya spree experience you will likely want to get off at Shibuya Station, one of the busiest train stations in the world. You can access the famous Shibuya Crossing which can be directly accessed from the train station exit. If you are traveling from Shinjuku Station to Shibuya, you will take the Yamanote Line directly to Shibuya Station which is approximately 10 minutes. If you are traveling from Tokyo Station you can also take the Yamanote Line directly to Shibuya Station which will take about 25 minutes.

Tokyu Hands is a part of the Tokyu Department store, but this store is a DIY paradise filled with arts and craft materials. The floors are separated by category making it easy to find what you are looking for, and along the way find things you didn’t even know you needed. From tote bags to stationary and housewares, the products plentiful. It is easy to spend time in Tokyu Hands shopping and exploring the wide range of products, it is unlikely you will leave empty-Tokyu-handed.

Takeshita Dori Street
